No family doctor? No problem! The all female coach staff accept anyone experiencing any barrier when it comes to getting tested. Long wait times? Cultural barriers, you name it !

All you need to visit, is your health card or your interim federal health benefits.

They can also help you quit smoking and va**ng!

March is Pharmacy Appreciation Month 💊
This month, we recognize the incredible impact of community pharmacists who are trusted, accessible healthcare professionals who play a vital role in keeping our communities healthy.
Today’s pharmacists do so much more than dispense medications. With their expanded scope of practice, they assess and prescribe for minor ailments, administer vaccines, manage chronic conditions, and provide expert medication advice. They are often the first point of care, helping patients navigate their health quickly and confidently.
We are especially grateful for Kiel, our dedicated pharmacist at the Norfolk Family Health Team. Services provided on the Mobile Coach:
The Mobile Cancer Screening Coach provides the following services to those facing barriers to care:
At-home colon cancer test (FIT): ages 50 to 74
Mammograms: ages 40 to 74
Cervical screening: ages 25 to 69
Smoking cessation & free NRT: ages 18+
Visitors can expect a private and welcoming environment where they can ask questions and feel at ease.
