2025 has been a wild ride, and although we have had our share of challenges… our team showed the f*ck up.

As a business owner, therapist and human… giving back to my community has always been so important to me. We all have a role in giving back. We all have a role in using the privilege we have and showing up.

We are constantly growing, learning and evolving. Our team may be “small”, but each member is on our team with intention and purpose.

We aren’t perfect. I’ll be the first to admit at times I literally have NO idea what I’m doing. But what I do know, is that we CARE. We don’t just show we care with words, we show with our actions.

I’m so proud of our team and the ways that our values led our actions this year. We are committed to this work, and I cannot wait to see what 2026 has in store for us.

To our clients, thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be a part of your journey.
