This week, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate our Nurse Practitioner, for the exceptional care and leadership she provides across our communities.

South Coast Wellness NP supports clients through the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (HN RAAM) Clinics in Simcoe and Dunnville, where individuals can access walk-in, low-barrier support for substance use concerns. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care including assessments, medication-assisted treatment, harm reduction support, and connection to ongoing community and primary care services.

In addition to her work in the RAAM clinics, our NP also provides care to clients in the Haldimand–Norfolk and Six Nations communities as a valued member of our AMOT team.

Beyond her clinical practice, she is an internationally recognized presenter, researcher, speaker, preceptor, and professor, supporting the RPN program at Fanshawe College.
Her dedication to client care, community well-being, and nursing education inspires us all.
