Update: COVID-19 Corona Virus

Our offices will remain open during this time however we are altering our services in order to keep you and our staff safe.

Please call ahead ( 1-800-267-5535 ) if you are in need of CPAP or Oxygen Supplies. In order to reduce traffic into our office we have various procedures in place to serve you.

We will also be temporally reducing our office hours to 8am-5pm meaning the Simcoe office will no longer be open on Saturdays or Monday evenings for the time being.

Any other questions or problems with your CPAP or Oxygen machines we ask you please call ahead before coming into the office. We can then troubleshoot over the phone to deem whether it is necessary for you to come in or not.

Remember to continue to wash your hands and practice social distancing measures in order to reduce the spread. We as a community can fight this if we all work together. We will keep you updated if any of our services change in this evolving matter. Thank you for understanding and stay safe.

Urgent - COVID-19 Corona Virus Update -

Due to the nature of our business to protect our staff and our elderly patients we are asking anyone who are showing the following symptoms to refrain from coming into the office:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Sore Throat
- Recently traveled outside of the country or had a family member travel outside the country

If you are feeling these symptoms but are in need of our services please call our office and we will arrange for a way to provide to you.

Our longtime Employee Laurie Herremans participated in the 30 Hour Make A Wish Marathon ran by Mike Matthews this past weekend. She is pictured here with Mike who ran for 30 straight hours all to help make Anthony's wish come true. Anthony is a 12 year old local child from Norfolk County living with Cystic Fibrosis.

However they’ve added a new office in Dunnville to better serve the community and that’s where the festivities took place.
