experience in providing client-centered care. We have a care solution for everyone.

In addition, Springcare provides residential
day programming to seniors and adults with developmental delays, as well as after
school programs for children requiring specialized supports. In addition, Springcare provides day programming to individuals requiring supervised care, after school programs for children with specialized supports as well as summer camps for children age 4-13 years old. Laundry day was a success this Friday! 🫧

We are now so fresh and so clean, and lots of important life skills practiced at the laundromat.

Big thanks to Simcoe Laundry for being such a great easy to use facility.

Hope everyone is enjoying a laid-back Sunday after getting those chores done early.🧺

Yesterday we travelled to Nepal through food, and what an incredible experience it was!

A HUGE thank you to Karuna for helping guide us in choosing our meal and teaching us more about Nepalese culture. We truly had our work cut out for us, we made homemade momos from scratch! It was a big task, but our team rose to the challenge and absolutely nailed it.

On the menu:
Chicken momos
Fresh tomato achar sauce
Chicken fried rice

Everything was delicious, and even more special because we made it together. Cooking from scratch builds teamwork, patience, and confidence and this group showed all three!

We are so thankful for the opportunity to learn more about Nepal and its beautiful food traditions. If you’ve never tried momos before, we highly recommend it!

What an impressive group we have! Maisie has made a total of nine potholders amazing! Everyone continues to amaze us with their dedication to puzzles, creativity in crafts, and their kindness toward one another.

From balloon volleyball and planting spring seedlings to still-chilly (but sunny!) winter walks and our Food Passport days, it’s been an awesome week. Happy Weekend! 💙

It’s that time again - Food Passport Day! 🌍✈️

This month, one of our amazing support staff members is sharing her home country of Nepal. Karuna is truly one of the loveliest people, and we are so thankful she’s helping us celebrate and bringing a little piece of her culture to our program.

We can’t wait to learn more about Nepal and, of course, try some delicious traditional food! 🇳🇵

Scavenger hunt… what?! The Jarvis program had a blast taking on the challenge at Walmart! Finding all of the items on the list turned into a fun and exciting life skills adventure. The team showed great teamwork, problem solving, and enthusiasm while moving through the store. Fantastic work to everyone who joined in and made the hunt such a success!
