I’ve worked day in and day out for as long as I can remember. I didn’t start with money, but I did start with a dream. In 2021, I opened my first practice as a fresh RMT graduate. Less than a year later, I took a leap into our current location, creating a space where Chiro, Physio, and Personal Training could join RMT under one roof.

It scared me. Suddenly, it wasn’t just about treatments, it was about staff, leadership, bookkeeping, and building something bigger than myself.

It challenged me, but it never stopped me. Because nothing worth having is given, it’s earned. Fear doesn’t mean stop. Fear means you’re moving toward something worth fighting for.

Now, just a few weeks away, Horizon Kinesis Club is expanding again. This time, it’s not just a new space, it’s a community we’re building together. A place to grow, push limits, and prove that with hard work, anything is possible.

I can’t wait to welcome you into our new home.

After almost a year of holding down the front desk with her smiles, laughs, and good vibes, Veronica's off to massage therapy school! 💆‍♀️✨

We’re going to miss her around here, but luckily this isn’t goodbye — she’ll be back in the summers, and in 2028 we’ll be welcoming her as a full-fledged massage therapist 🙌
