I DID IT ✨️...

Today, I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate...and my heart is feeling all the feels right now 😊❤️

This journey over the past 12 months has pushed me, challenged me, stretched me and strengthened me.

I learned exactly what I'm capable of achieving, even when it feels almost "too much"...as long as I just kept putting one foot in front of the other, the path opened up for me. And I'm so grateful 🙏

To every one of you who have supported me along the way.. who have understood when I needed to close The Healing Nook one weekend each month so I could go after my dreams...I thank you 😊

Thank you to my Teacher, Om Shanti at The Bodhi Tree Yoga Centre for always being there to answer my early morning voice messages, and for being a true leader. You are an inspiration ✨️

And now...a new chapter begins and I am beyond excited to step into teaching and offering yoga classes here at The Healing Nook and out in the community 🫶

Stay tuned... beautiful things are unfolding and I would love for YOU ALL to be part of it.

Here at The Healing Nook, we value in person connection.
While we live in a digital world, there's nothing quite like getting in the room with your people, you know?

That's why we're passionate about bringing you in person events. Like our LIVE Crystal Tumble Toss, happening on Wednesday, November 26th at 6pm.

I've included photos of just some of the crystals that will be up for live auction. Tumbles will sell quickly for anywhere from $1-$6 and we'll give you lots of ideas for what to do with them.

For example, you could create blessing bags for people in your life (think teachers, bus drivers, friends, coworkers, dog walkers, family), grids for your home, crystal bowls for your 2026 Numerology, keep them in your car for protection, your wallet for abundance, your bra for just about anything. 😝

Here's how it works:
Andrea Slate (of Rubi Hollow) will be in the house to give you so much information about how to use each and every crystal. She'll tell you the benefits of each crystal that hits the block and she does this in a really fun way that lets you see what's possible, without the overwhelm.

This is the perfect girls night out.
Just 2 hours - fun, fellowship, and more than you may want to know about crystals~

We'll have shroom soda and pestle and pods for you to try too!

Our beloved Renee is currently at home resting & recovering from a personal medical emergency and we invite everyone here to first send her LOTS of LOVE and healing energy for a speedy recovery! 🙏❤️

We are very pleased to welcome Linda Stewart to The Healing Nook yoga teacher team!

Linda is a great friend of Renee's and will cover Yin Yoga class Thursdays 4pm-5pm for the next few months while Renee takes the time to heal. 🙏

For those already coming to YIN YOGA on Thursdays 4pm...there is nothing you need to do other than just show up, same time, same place 😊. Linda will be here today to warmly welcome you to class!
