🌿 GROUNDING: COME BACK TO YOURSELF 🌿
If you’ve ever felt “off your game,” chances are you need grounding.
Grounding brings you back into your body — into a state of ease, stability, and conscious presence.
It’s the practice of settling your energy so you can move through tough moments with clarity, calm, and grace.
It’s the feeling of simply being… and being at peace with that.
My favourite grounding method? Tree hugging.
There are many ways to ground yourself, but this one has been my go-to for years.
🌳 Try this simple grounding ritual:
• Find a tree that draws you in.
• Stand with your front or back gently touching its trunk.
• Take three slow breaths in and out.
• Visualize roots extending from your feet, intertwining with the tree’s own strong roots.
With practice, you’ll start to feel the subtle vibration — the natural energy trees are happy to share.
This connection even activates the same feel-good brain hormones we release when we hug another person. 💖
In this beautifully chaotic world, grounding isn’t just helpful… it’s essential.
