As a result of Marnie’s own experiences with recovering from pain and injury, she has developed a special passion and interest in treating pain and injury also referred to as Orthopaedic Acupuncture. Her interest goes far beyond a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective as she loves to study and read up on the western side of pain and injury including anatomy, muscle function and dysfunction, bio mechanical imbalances and exercise rehabilitation. All knowledge she incorporates in her assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Gua Sha, Cupping, and E-stim are also regularly incorporated in treatments along with needles.
