Whether we’re working one on one or in group setting, it is my commitment to you that THE VALUE behind your training sees light of day BEYOND the time we spend together. That the work we do together, supports a R E S I L I E N T life, across the board, beyond the Horizon.
🤔 How do we do that?
➕ Build strength for life, sport and play. Having a strong foundation is a non-negotiable. This is your base of resilience - physically and mentally, and requires a wide lens on all factors that influence your endless capacity for strength.
➕Failure tolerance - if we are in constant fear of failing, we will never get to where we want to go. We have to be willing to try and try again, every time we fall. Failure tolerance requires strategy, patience and respect - for yourself and for the process.
➕ Self - efficacy. Your belief in yourself. Easier said than done, right? We’re our own worst critics.. (beyond guilty 🙋♀️). But - can we use skill based learning, measuring and managing progress and improving our understanding of the principles and the true significant drivers in our health, to REMIND ourselves, that we’re in the drivers seat of our own healthcare? Hell fcking yes, we can.
➕ Community. Support. Through endless means - communication, education, cheering, accountability or perhaps even more simply, providing space for the people who are going against the grain of everyone around them - being another human in your circle that is dedicated to doing the hard work. You don’t have to be alone on this journey y’all 👊🏻
