We lifted heavier, moved better, and proved—over and over—that women in our 50s are just getting started. I hit a 295 lb sumo deadlift at 56, perfected my squat for pain-free glute gains, and watched so many of you transform through my programs. Thank you for trusting me and showing up.

And you know what? ENJOY it. Savor every bite, every laugh, every moment.

Right now, I’m at my parents’ house for Christmas – surrounded by all the treats, family feasts, and that cozy chaos that makes workouts and healthy eating feel extra tough.

FROM 1999 TO 2025 — THE REAL COST OF GREATNESS

In 1999, he stood on stage like an iron statue—unbreakable, unmatched, untouchable.
Every muscle looked carved from granite. Every pose felt like a declaration:
“This is what relentless dedication can create.”

But people rarely understand the other half of that story.

Fast-forward to 2025. The body has changed. The strength is different.
But look closer—there’s something far more powerful than muscle:

Experience. Pain. Sacrifice. Legacy.

This is what decades of pushing human limits looks like.
This is the price of choosing excellence when the world expects you to be ordinary.
This is the truth behind every legend:
The body ages, but the spirit that built it never fades.

He may not look like 1999 anymore…

2014: The first time I walked onto the Ms. Olympia stage.
Heart pounding so hard I thought it would burst out of my chest.
I remember looking out at those lights and feeling pure, electric happiness - I had achieved my goal! I was 43, a mom of two, a teacher, and I had made it to the biggest stage in the world.

2025: 56 years old.
Same woman.
Different mission.
I’m not chasing trophies anymore… but I’m still chasing that feeling.
Only now I get it every single day I walk into my own gym, healthy, strong, pain-free, and lifting weights I never touched only on my best pro days.

The lights are gone.
The happiness isn’t.
It’s bigger now, because it’s mine forever, not just for 90 seconds on stage.

If you’re 50+ and you think the best version of you is in the rear-view mirror… she’s not.
She’s waiting for you in the squat rack, in the kitchen, in the mirror after a set that scares you a little.
You don’t need a stage to feel that rush again.
You just need to start.
Consistency is key 🔑
