Meet Kailee! 🌿

We're excited to welcome Kailee to the Blossom Behaviour Services team as a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA)! With over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals in home, school, and community settings, Kailee brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work.

Originally from the Lower Mainland, Kailee's individualized and neurodiversity-affirming approach focuses on helping each learner build confidence, independence, and meaningful skills to achieve their goals. We're so happy to have her expertise and warmth joining our team on Vancouver Island!

Our incredible Behaviour Interventionist, Brielle, is officially off on maternity leave as she, her husband, and their two golden retrievers prepare to meet their newest addition. We miss her already, but we’re so excited to meet Baby H!

Blossom Behaviour Services is hiring Behaviour Interventionists in Sooke!

You'll be responsible for running 1:1 child-led, play-based sessions to support communication, social interaction, play and life skills development using a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Experience supporting neurodivergent child and youth is an asset, but not required. Hands-on training will be provided by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Wages starting at $27/hr, based on experience - with opportunities to grow with additional training.

Requirements:
Energetic, patient, and positive attitude
At least 19 years of age
Willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
Reliable transportation
Consistent availability
