When it comes to embarking the journey toward parenthood, the holistic therapy of Reiki can often help to create an "optimal environment" within the body that can help to promote fertility.

Stress Reduction 🧘: High levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) can interfere with ovulation and s***m production. Reiki helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, moving the body from "fight or flight" into "rest and digest" mode.
