I am an explore of greater, magic, consciousness. I have always been the person even as a child that questioned things, was aware of energies and beings, I was communicating with things around me.

I am someone who see's timelines and possibilities, I see people in their divineness at their pure essence soul level. Action is the highest form of communication.
Your body is always choosing, even when you don’t, because let’s be honest, no action is still an action.
The first few hours after a choice are powerful. Choose it then, and it starts becoming a pattern. Repeat it, and it stops feeling like effort… it becomes your orientation.
Your breath drops faster, your system settles sooner, that’s how it locks in.

Most of us don’t realize how often we are choosing from the edge of our nervous system rather than from truth.
The edge is loud and urgent. It asks you to decide now, to move quickly, to fix or resolve something before your body has had a chance to settle. It tightens the chest, speeds up the mind, and creates the feeling that safety is conditional on making the “right” move immediately.
The end feels very different.
Choosing from the end does not rush or argue with you. It arrives quietly, as a sense of internal settling, where the decision has already completed itself inside your body before the outcome is visible. There is less mental debate and more physical certainty, a softening in the shoulders, a deeper breath, a sense of being grounded in yourself rather than pulled forward by fear.
Many of us were conditioned to believe that urgency equals responsibility, when in reality urgency is often just a nervous system looking for reassurance. When you learn to pause and feel beyond the edge, you begin to notice that clarity does not shout. It lands.
This is the work we practice inside Soul- Aligned Alchemy.

Some connections don’t end when the body does..... in memory of my dad’s birthday.
He’s no longer in physical form, yet he has been unmistakably here.
While recording my Reiki Level 3 course, he’s been chiming in
“Don’t forget this,” “Add that.”
Reminding me of wisdom we shared in conversations long ago, now weaving itself back into my work.
Then I noticed the horseshoe beside me.
The same one he found on my wedding day, hidden in the grass, catching the light just enough for him to stop the car and retrieve it an omen he gifted us for our marriage.
Almost 40 years later, there it was again.
Our loved ones never really leave.
They assist, guide, and show up in ways that feel unmistakably them.
Sending love to you and to those you feel walking with you, seen or unseen.

So many of us keep choosing from the edge.
The edge of fear.
The edge of urgency.
The edge where everything feels like it must be decided right now.
But alignment does not live at the edge. It lives at the end. The quiet place where your body already knows it is safe.

In one of the Sanctuary calls last month, we went into the quiet, often invisible cost of abandoning yourself, not the loud breakdowns, but the subtle erosion that happens when you keep choosing safety over truth.
We slowed the moment down, paused the familiar timelines, and brought awareness back into the body, the feet, the spine, the breath, so choice could come from presence instead of habit.
We explored how nothing needs to be forced or fixed, only recognized and consciously completed, allowing old options to gently dissolve without drama or self-judgment.
This is how sovereignty is rebuilt in real time, and how the nervous system learns that truth can be safe.

This month in one of the Sanctuary calls, we explored why self-abandonment isn’t a flaw but a learned survival response.
Your system is not betraying you, it has been loyal, doing its best to keep you alive by prioritizing what feels familiar over what is true, because the brain is wired to choose known safety over unknown expansion.
This is why growth can feel uncomfortable even when it is aligned, because your body is learning that truth can also be safe, and sovereignty does not require self-abandonment.
