We continue to expand pharmacist-led clinical services in Prince Edward Island.

Strep throat assessment and rapid testing is now available in-pharmacy for eligible patients, with results available in minutes. This service helps support timely, evidence-based care and appropriate use of antibiotics when indicated.

🎉 We’re officially teenagers — 13 years! 🎉

Tomorrow marks our 13th anniversary, and we’re incredibly grateful for the journey so far.

This past year was a great one. We introduced our Rxtra Care Clinics, allowing us to provide more pharmacist-led care, offer assessments for common ailments, and spend more time supporting patients beyond prescriptions.

We were also thrilled to welcome pharmacist Danielle Peters and pharmacy assistant Kathryn MacIntosh to our team. Their addition has strengthened our pharmacy and the care we provide every day.

But we can honestly say — the year ahead is shaping up to be one for the books.

We have a few exciting things in the works, and when those pieces start coming together, our community is going to benefit in a meaningful way. From day one, our goal has always been simple: to provide better care for the people we serve. That focus hasn’t changed — but our vision has grown.

We expect to share more over the next 4–6 months, and we’re truly excited about what’s ahead.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible staff. We are so fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated, caring, and professional team. We truly believe we have the best in the business, and we’re grateful for each and every one of you.
