15+ years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, treating in a variety of settings, including Canada's renowned rehabilitation facility, Westpark Hospital, as well as being among select therapists chosen to treat high-profile music bands internationally. Our approach is an integrated approach, wherein we look at the body from the physical, energetic, emotional and mental perspectives to achieve balance. The techniques we offer include: registered massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue techniques including Trigger Point Therapy and ART, sports massage, fascial release techniques, cupping massage, pre-natal, infant, Reiki massage, aromatherapy, oncology and palliative massage. We also offer hypnosis, meditation and neuro training techniques to help clients:
