Food For Thought is back - and it Matters More Than Ever! This is the 2nd Annual Good For Thought Event with CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) White Rock/Surrey Chapter 💙
This is about how nutrition directly impacts health, independence, and quality of life of our seniors. As we age, the right food choices can help manage chronic conditions, support energy, and keep people living well, and longer.

Suncrest Door Prize Draw Winner!

We were so pleased to welcome Gini, the winner of our Valentine’s Day Open House door prize, back to Suncrest to claim her gift.

She shared how much she enjoyed the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our community, and how absolutely delightful the food was (Chef Randy will love hearing that!). She was especially impressed with the overall feel of Suncrest — and that truly means so much to us. Creating a place where people feel at home the moment they walk in is what it’s all about.
