Earth, Mother Earth, Gaia or Pachamama. Whatever you call this beautiful planet of ours, take time today (and everyday really) to sit on her land, beside her trees or swim in her waters. I have quite a few friends travelling right now and the scenery they’ve been posting is just spectacular!! We truly are blessed. It is up to us to keep her safe and protected.

*Please forgive the photo as I’m not feeling great today. I still wanted to post though, if for anything, to show my current reality.

Let’s talk anxiety. When I first saw this sweatshirt, I loved it. It’s funny, cute and works wonders as a conversation starter. I’ve been “pretty good” at dealing with anxiety for quite a few years now. I’ve had many times of experiencing attacks without really knowing what it was.

Last week I got lost trying to find a building where I had an appointment. I absolutely HATE getting lost, but I’m good at that too! 😝 In total panic mode, heart racing, I find it and check in. Within minutes I was called into a tiny cubicle for my hearing test. I continued to panic. Thinking that I’m now going to mess up the test, I knew I had to turn to my breath. I sat there in this soundproof padded little box and started taking in slow, mindful, deep breaths. I eventually calmed down and completed the test.

Healers bring healing, but by no means are healers expected to be completely healed themselves. I believe healing is linear and is ever evolving. Lately, I’ve been given information that has me questioning a lot and realizing that I really should be in counselling and/or hypnotherapy to heal things left dormant. There’s no shame in needing help. As I learn to heal myself, I welcome anyone else along the same journey. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Like most of us on our spiritual journey, we have all learned about angel numbers. The other day I applied for my business license and when I got the confirmation emails they both came in at 11:11 and today I opened up Facebook and I have 111 followers. If this isn’t a sign that I am on the right path with what I am trying to create for myself I don’t know what is. Thank you angels thank you God thank you universe for helping me create the life that I know is my true calling. 😇 💖

This is so true. With fibromyalgia, depression/anxiety and all their symptoms combined, I can sometimes feel bad about not doing things. I’m learning that my body and mental health need a break. The laundry/dishes/work prep/coaching prep will always be there.
It’s okay to make time to rest and recuperate from a busy week.
