🍂 Thanksgiving Reflections 🍂

As Thanksgiving arrives, I find myself pausing to reflect on all that I am truly grateful for. Life moves so quickly, and it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day. But this time of year always reminds me to slow down, breathe, and take in the blessings that surround me.

I am deeply thankful for my family, who are my heart and foundation through every chapter of life — for their love, strength, and support.

This year has been full of many life learning lessons and my family has always been present, giving me strength to continue to pursue my goals, and to look at challenges as creating strength.

I am grateful to Jason and Jags who truly are my rocks. Thankful for their help, for their encouragement and their ability to truly ground me when I think things are big. They both have away of making me feel protected. I am grateful for our time together, the love we share and the challenges we work through.

I am grateful for my friends, who bring laughter, encouragement, and connection, and who walk with me through both the easy and the hard moments. I am mindful of so many laughs, experiences, and how much diversity I have in friendships.

I am also so thankful for my workplace and the incredible people I have the privilege to work alongside. Supporting others on their journeys of healing, growth, and transformation is a true gift. Every day I am reminded of the power of compassion, community, and resilience.

Most of all, I am grateful to God for His love, guidance, and protection — for the quiet strength that carries me through and for the light that always finds its way in. I am also thankful to the universe for its synchronicity and wisdom, for aligning what is meant to be, for all things great and small, and for gently reminding me that there is purpose in every experience.

And beyond my own world, I hold a deep wish for peace — in our hearts, in our homes, and across this beautiful planet. May kindness, love, and understanding continue to ripple outward, creating the harmony we all long for. It has been an inspirational time at this retreat. Europe is progressive and therapy comes in many forms. I have learned so much about the world of psychedelics and how advanced Europeans are in terms of the research taking place. I have also gained such confidence and understanding about somatic work and the importance of how the body needs to be nurtured and cared for. Never mind the brain and all the research taking place here. Therapy is changing rapidly! I am grateful to know these frontiers.

Most importantly I have been surrounded by people who have such a collective understanding about coming together to share their work. There is a community and not an individual approach of doing things in isolation.

I found over the days my vulnerability was discovered and I invited people in who genuinely wanted to know me, hear me, hug me, and validate the work I am doing. It has been a beautiful collective experience.

I know I am going back differently. I will be approaching my therapy and my business overall... differently. There are so many opportunities and I no longer work to retire rather I am working to be an inspiration for people to change their lives, knowing that hope and being heard goes the distance.

All I can say is wow...what a gift I experienced.

A wonderful trip to Butte to watch the Butte Irish win their game. Always so hard to leave my Jags. Everyone is so kind and it was nice to meet such an incredible community of people. We will watch Jags play tonight from home. Miss him already!

I must say how proud I am of these two. Jags and Jason changing out brake pads, and a fun picture of a father and son moment. Jason has always taken the time to teach Jags. At 18 he is driving tractors, combines, changing out tires, exhaust systems, shakes hands, helps others, and has become a confident and kind young man. It takes a father's love and time to teach these skills. As I look at the two of them having fun for a photo op....the reality of this picture is a father who loves his son and his family deeply. Happy Father's Day...it is days like today that forms a memory and a man in the making. Love you both so much!❣️❣️❣️

After 22 days I am having my first salad with lettuce and onion and chives from hydroponic garden. Wowsa!!! Cannot wait for my tomatoes.
