Bio: Sonia earned her Masterโs degree in Physical Therapy from Flinders University in Australia after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. She is passionate about helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and incorporates manual therapy, IMS dry needling, and individualized exercise programs into her treatment approach. Sonia also has experience supporting patients with neurological conditions, chronic pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
With a background as a competitive soccer player, Sonia understands firsthand the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and staying active. She takes a holistic approach to care, focusing not only on physical recovery but also on helping patients regain confidence and return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of work, Sonia enjoys playing soccer, golfing, and staying active at the gym.
