October is a month that represents abundance and thanksgiving. We all need to be grateful for what we have and give thanks for it. Your health is wealth! Without it we can't live to our full potential. So this is a reminder to take care of your physical and mental needs. Selfcare is important. Go for long walks in the leaves, sit in the sun for 20 minutes, drink fluids even on the cooler days and embrace the change of season. I love October.
