Exciting news !
Meet Kaitlyn! Kaitlyn has grown up in the Savanah area her whole life and is graduating high school in 2025. She is also currently enrolled at ACMT in Grande Prairie and is currently working on her practicum hours. She hopes to continue her education into sports therapy. Despite the emails and text reminders, the amount of no-show appointments has climbed to an unacceptable rate. When clients do not show up to appointments, this creates a gap that usually can not be filled. This creates large spaces in my schedule but this is also a waste of an appointment that someone else could be utilizing.

Unfortunately, I will now be implementing that a credit card be placed on file for all clients, with no exceptions. The late cancelation and no-show policy, that everyone has signed during their patient intake, will be in strict effect. Please note that the credit card will only be billed if you violate the cancelation/no-show policy. When you arrive for your appointment, you can then choose other options of payment (direct billing benefits, cash, debit or credit).

Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you, please respect my time, as well as yours.
