As most of you know, my family and I have moved away from Edson and are starting a new chapter of our lives in Spruce Grove! I am excited continuing to offer Massage Therapy through Kinetic Massage & Wellness. I am open for booking and I will be starting work on September 3rd. I hope to still see some familiar faces there and am looking forward to meeting new people and building a new clientele here in Spruce Grove!

We take a more gentle approach to our chiropractic treatments. Our manual therapy includes many different soft tissue techniques focusing on ligaments, tendons, and muscles. Treatments may also include instrument-assisted manipulation, cranial manipulative therapy and nutritional/supplement therapy....

🌟 Exciting Announcement! 🌟

I have been waiting until everything was official to make my introduction!

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and an active member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta. I recently graduated from the Vicars School of Massage in June 2023, and I am excited to begin my practice at Active Health Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.

Health, wellness, and physical activity have always been integral parts of my life, and it brings me immense joy to have the opportunity to improve people’s quality of life. Whether it’s reducing pain or alleviating stress, my goal is to provide you with the best possible treatment.

Continual growth and learning are essential to me. I am dedicated to developing and expanding my skill set and education to ensure that you receive the most effective and up-to-date care available.

Beyond my professional life, I am a proud parent of two wonderful kids and have the support of an amazing partner. Spending time outdoors and engaging in various activities brings me pure happiness and serenity.

It’s official! 2 years, so much stress, sleepless nights, tears and kms driven. But also amazing new friends made, lessons learned, confidence built, and an amazing career ahead of me.
