Your body is always paying attention.
Not just to stress, but to how you respond to it.
The nervous system is adaptive… which means it learns patterns over time.
So if you’ve been in go-mode, pushing through, ignoring tension or pain - your body starts to believe that’s the baseline.
And lately, there’s been a lot to take in.
The world feels heavy sometimes… and if you’re someone who feels things deeply, that can sit in the body more than you realize.
But here’s the important part:
We still have to respond to that stress in a way that supports us.
Not perfectly. Just intentionally.
Moments of stillness.
Slowing your breath.
Letting your shoulders drop instead of bracing.
Receiving care instead of always holding it together.
This is how you begin to teach your body something new, something safer.
This is where healing begins 🤍
