TMJ Focused 30 Minute Massage
Tension in your jaw, face, neck, or temples? It could be your TMJ (temporomandibular joint) asking for some care.
Jody’s 30-minute TMJ massage targets the muscles around your jaw, head, and upper neck to release built-up tension and ease clenching or grinding.
This focused treatment combines intraoral (inside the mouth) and external techniques to restore balance, improve mobility, and melt away that deep, lingering tightness.
Perfect for anyone dealing with jaw pain, headaches, or stress-related tension.
Just 30 minutes to reset your jaw — and your nervous system.alchemy 📸

Massage therapy for migraine relief
Migraines go beyond headaches—they can affect your mood, focus, and energy for days. Massage can offer real relief by addressing the tension and stress that often contribute to migraines.
🌿 It helps by:
• Releasing tight muscles in the neck and shoulders
• Improving circulation
• Calming the nervous system
• Supporting better sleep and relaxation
Whether you experience occasional or chronic migraines, regular massage may help reduce their intensity and frequency.

🔥Fire Cupping vs. Pump Cupping💨
Both techniques promote circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing — but they differ in how suction is created.
Fire cupping uses briefly flamed glass cups to create a vacuum as the air cools, offering a traditional experience. Pump (or silicone) cupping uses plastic cups and a hand pump for precise, adjustable suction without heat.
Both methods can be effective - your practitioner chooses based on your needs, comfort, and treatment goals.
Did you know that you can book a quick, ten minute cupping only treatment? Find it under the acupuncture section of our online booking.📸

We’re so excited to offer chiropractic with our very own, Cathy Schmidt starting next week!

Cathy completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2008, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2013. She has been a practicing Chiropractor in the Edmonton area for over 10 years.
Through her practice she saw the relationship between structure and function, and how the body operates as a whole. She completed her Manual Osteopathic Diploma in 2021 to further her knowledge on this connection. She uses a joint by joint approach and targeted fascial release to remove restrictions, increase movement and improve function. Her area of interest include digestive health, pelvic pain and pregnancy care.
