Here’s what helps me stick to my healthy life habits in my 40’s:
1️⃣ Learn to ebb and flow:
Your healthy habits will rarely be linear — some days will feel effortless, others messy. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about returning to what feels good again and again.
2️⃣ Write down daily habits like your work to-do list:
Treat your health like any other important commitment. When you plan your meals, workouts, and sleep like you plan your meetings, consistency becomes automatic.
3️⃣ Expect roadblocks:
You will fall off track — and that’s okay. The key is to adjust, reframe, and adapt instead of giving up. Every setback can teach you how to do it better next time.
4️⃣ Be kind to yourself:
Self-compassion keeps you in the game. Talk to yourself the way you’d talk to a client or friend trying their best. That’s where real, lasting change starts.

One on one personal training sessions allow you to exercise in a private comfortable setting where you can focus on learning how to take care of your body without all the distractions of a public gym. Our sessions are focus on your goals, your body and your lifestyle. After our initial consultation, I create an exercise and lifestyle plan that we complete both together and on your own time. My programs include a personal consultation, one on one sessions, weekly check ins, ability to contact me for questions, support etc., access to my exercise and nutrition mobile app-- take me with you anywhere! Together we will implement positive lifestyle changes to support your goals and set you on a healthy path for life.
With personalized online training, I create a customized training plan especially for your body type, your goals and your lifestyle. During our initial consultation we talk about what you are already doing right and build upon it to create an actionable plan for you to achieve your goals. Online coaching is affordable, flexible and keeps you accountable--get fit and stay healthy for life! I will keep you progressing and moving forward!
Your customized, goal goal focused exercise plans come with videos, descriptions of exercises, cues, set and rep ranges and extra notes from me to take the guessing out of your workouts. Nutrition coaching includes automated online nutrition logs, macro goals, nutrient info and more!
