Tenneille Slater a Registered Massage Therapist with the MTAA. With over 20 years of massage experience, offering high quality of care.

Providing relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, fire cupping, as well as TMJ (jaw joint) massage techniques.

For added comfort, a heated massage table is used to add to your overall experience. Treatments are customized to your needs. As part of the service, she can provide you with advice and knowledge of stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of hot or cold therapy to increase the added benefit of your massage treatment.

As a reminder - most benefits renew on January 1st. We offer receipts for insurance purposes or we may be able to direct bill on your behalf which means little to no out of pocket cost to you!

The city of Spruce Grove has enacted a mandatory face mask bylaw effective Friday October 23, 2020. This bylaw is in effect immediately and will remain in effect for 30 days after the city is no longer under a watch status by the Province of Alberta.

Thank you in advance to all of our patients for your cooperation in keeping our clinic safe!

As many of you have seen, Spruce Grove has enacted a face mask bylaw effective Friday, Oct 23, 2020. This bylaw is in effect immediately and will continue until 30 days after Spruce Grove is no longer under a "watch" status by the Province of Alberta.

Your temperature will be taken at the door

You'll receive a health questionnaire to complete before you arrive

We recommend you wear a face mask during your visit
