🕯Candlelight Yin Yoga at The Healing Ranch - Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6:30pm🕯

Step into a soft, glowing space where your body will find the deep rest it has been craving. This class will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In this class, we will be holding poses for 2-5 minutes and targeting the deep connective tissues. This class promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and emotional balance.

Wear comfortable layers and bring a water bottle, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down. Leave class feeling more grounded and restored - both physically and emotionally.
