Step into a soft, glowing space where your body will find the deep rest it has been craving. This class will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In this class, we will be holding poses for 2-5 minutes and targeting the deep connective tissues. This class promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and emotional balance.

A unique sound bath experience that incorporates crystals, sound, and colour therapy. Additionally, participants are guided through a visualization exercise and water blessing.
