Did you know we have the only group hydrotherapy program in the Edmonton area?
Hydrotherapy is a great low impact way to build up strength or reduce pain. We use resistance bands, kettle bells, water weights, our new under water bikes 👀 and much more!
A variety of people can benefit from this type of exercise including those who have had surgery, ligament sprains, muscle strains, OA, and much more!
Come join James and Kristina in the pool!
Tuesdays and Thursday’s from 7:45AM to 8:45AM
