A heartfelt thank you to Pulse Yoga Studio and the amazing Bobbi for allowing a full puppy invasion — and for generously donating $1,520 in proceeds to Courageous Companions! 🙌🐶

Rooting isn’t about forcing yourself to stay still — it’s about feeling held.

It’s the moment your feet meet the mat and you remember the earth is already doing the work of support.
The quiet strength in your legs.
The steady breath that drops you out of your head and into your body.

When we root, we soften downward.
We trust gravity.
We let go of the need to grip, rush, or prove.

From that place of grounding, everything else becomes possible — balance, ease, expansion.
Just like in life: when you feel rooted, you can grow without fear of falling. 🌱

Come back to your feet.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to yourself.
