Join us for an expert-led hour of play, movement, and connection designed to support your baby’s motor milestones in a fun, welcoming community setting.

Each month we focus on a key developmental stage:

✨ Mar 25 – Rolling with confidence
✨ Apr 29 – Stable sitting for a strong core
✨ May 20 – Transitions for movement
✨ Jun 24 – Pre-crawling
✨ Jul 29 – Crawling
✨ Aug 26 – On the move: getting ready to walk

🕚 WEDNESDAYS 11AM–12PM

📍 at our clinic in Garibaldi Village Plaza

👶 Intended for ages 4–12 months

We were honoured to be at the gala alongside so many incredible businesses. Although we didn't win, our team is so proud to be a part of this community and we are so stoked to support this town 🫶🏼

Wahoo - exciting news! We are stoked to welcome Julie to the Groms Squad! ✨
Julie graduated from the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture program at VCC in Burnaby, BC, the same year she gave birth to her son. The experience of being pregnant during her clinical training was an integral part of her motivation to continue down the path of providing quality peri-natal care. She has endless empathy for new mothers, having experienced some of the many challenges motherhood brings, and she is passionate about honouring much-needed post-natal care for new mothers during this exceptional time.

Julie is thrilled to be joining the Grom's team and to be working with such a unique population alongside her regular practice.

When not at the clinic or with her family, Julie is a passionate aerialist: she teaches, trains and performs aerial silks and rope, and is an active member and volunteer of the Squamish Circus Collective, as well as a rock climber, enthusiastic gardener and occasional mountain biker. 🤙🏼

Our Concussion Baseline Day is happening on October 18th at Groms Physio + Co and spots are almost full!

A baseline test gives your young athlete a personalized snapshot of their brain, balance, and coordination before the season starts. If a concussion ever happens, this info helps us guide a safer, faster recovery. 💪

✅ We are a certified clinic!

✅ Ages: 5-18

✅ cognitive testing, balance + coordination testing, oculomotor + vestibular screening, and symptom + health history inventory

We had a very special guest come by our clinic yesterday evening to open the conversation around Diastasis Recti, and what that looks like in kids, as well as perinatal mamas ! 👀 🤸‍♀️ 🤰

Dianne Lee, is an internationally renowned Physiotherapist who has dedicated her career to helping women restore optimal strategies for function after pregnancy or injury. She has worked and collaborated alongside many of the most famous healthcare experts in the world such as Paul Hodges and Antony Lo to help develop better outcomes for care. She's an absolute rockstar, and our team of Physiotherapists were so lucky to be able to learn from the master herself 🤓 !

We asked some thoughtful questions, applied some learning to some cases and were able to refine our assessment and manual skills with some Dianne Lee magic ! ✨

We're honoured. We're thankful. We're inspired. We are excited to continue to support kids and mamas with core function and training, and are stoked to be able to continue to support families in the Sea to Sky corridor!

Who: Mom's who ride + their friends.
What: a night of snacks, bikes and community.
Where: Dialed In Cycling
When: Thursday, September 25th, 7pm-9pm
Why: because why not !?!?

We will fit one rider's bike and provide the group with tips to fit their own 💪

Especially for those mamas who are pregnant/postpartum or sprouting teenage who are growing quickly - your bodies change, and your bike should change with them!

We are stoked to welcome Samantha Porter, RCC, to the Groms Physio + Co team!

Samantha offers in-person counselling for children and teens, starting August 2025.

With over a decade of experience, she brings compassion, creativity, and a playful, hands-on approach to her work—using visuals, storytelling, and interactive strategies to support kids navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, learning challenges, peer dynamics, and school or family stress.
