REMEMBER, most melanomas are found by routine dermoscopic inspection. 1% of the Sea to Sly corridor has only derscopic evidence of melanoma.....the naked eye of even the best cancer doctors will miss those lesiosn. Our program has finally arrived at a very unique and special place.

Pigment on darker skin types including skin type 4(demonstrated here) and darker like 5 and 6.

Including melasma, post injury/treatment unwanted pigment.

Ultra is new to BC. We purchased the second on in the province of BC. However it has been in experienced hands in the USA for 2 years.

I can finally say Lēzara have the technology to be called "experts in melasma" management.

1927nm is color blind....believe it or not. That is why it is safe.

Other benefits seen above include texture, tone and overall beautification and rejuvenation.

Crazy for me is the new studies (among other, Benson ey al) showing a 50% REDUCTION IN SKIN CANCER INCIDENCE ON THE FACE. I treat people with precancerous lesions as per other studied for prevention of cancer. Hugely popular with aged people at risk for facial cancer because of the value.

Did I say, practically, no need for "downtine"?

Well....the one will kill you, the other never will.

Nobody and no doctor ahould assess pigmented skin lesions with the naked eye:
- I have seen 2 mm melanomas that look like small moles
- cases are described where expert cancer doctors was fooled by their eyes.

Dermoacopic is the gold standard....listen to the experts in countries like Australia.

Every person should have skin checks minimum every 3 years!
