* Functional Flow is a practice where traditional Vinyasa flow meets functional somatic and therapeutic yoga. A beautiful balance between purposeful strength and mindful movement, a connection to brain - body educational yoga practice with a dance like creative flow and an intentional breath guidance throughout.

Today’s Highlight!

Baby & Mommy YOGA 💗

I love all the yoga classes I teach, but I have to admit, baby and mommy Yoga is probably my ultimate favorite. Especially when I get those sweet moments where I help a mom out in class who just needs a break and the baby falls asleep in my lap. 🥰

💗I would like to extend a big heartfelt gratitude to all the Mommas and Babies I have had the pleasure guiding and supporting over the years. Each and everyone of you bring so much joy to my heart. And you have all helped me grow in my wisdom over the years.

My favourite moments is when I see the moms still hanging out together from meeting in my class because these classes help to build the bond with your child of course but also help to build your every lasting momma community and friendships 🥰
