Meet Rahel ✨ RMT at LivWell!

Rahel first pursued Massage Therapy with the aim of finding a career where she could make a personal impact on people’s emotional and physical well-being.

She also wanted to deepen her understanding of human anatomy and how the body can heal from past traumas.

In 2017, Rahel graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, gaining new insights into the intrinsic nature and interconnectedness of the human body.
She has been excited to put her skills to use and create her own unique style of massage therapy along the way.

Her massages are a harmonious blend of therapeutic and relaxing, with a smooth flow between movements. She combines fascial, Swedish, passive range of motion, and trigger point techniques to provide personalized care. She also places a strong emphasis on home care.

For her gentler relaxation massages, Rahel recognizes the importance of treating the entire body and providing a space for rest. She brings a calming presence and heartfelt effort to every session.

In her free time, Rahel enjoys painting, reading, exploring the outdoors for artistic inspiration, and climbing!

Livwell’s Student massage therapist, Alex, won the national championships in the vertical race in Mont St Anne & came 3rd in the Up & Down Race in October 2024!

We are excited to welcome a new practitioner to LivWell in November
Please help us to welcome ✨ Karel - Registered Dietician to LivWell integrated Health!

Karel graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition.
She is currently completing a diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee to deepen her knowledge and help athletes optimize their performance and overall health.

She moved to British Columbia 3 years ago, drawn by her passion for climbing, the outdoors and the like-minded community.
She has always been deeply interested in nutrition, striving to help others find balance and joy in their eating habits.

Karel’s practice is rooted in an evidence-based, weight-inclusive approach, offering tailored nutritional support in the following areas:

• Sports Nutrition

• Disordered Eating and Food Relationships

• General Nutrition

Karel is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health goals while fostering a sustainable, positive relationship with food.

✨ Meet Lara - Registered Physiotherapist joining us this Fall!
Lara has a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and strength, alleviate pain and improve their quality of life.

Her patient-centered approach combines evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs for anyone from desk athletes to professional athletes, young or wiser.

She likes uncovering the root cause of injuries or pain to provide long term solutions and healing.
She is dedicated to empowering patients and providing a supportive environment, and working together to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

When not working with patients Lara can be found in Squamish doing Squamish things (skiing, biking, going to the farmer’s market and out for ice cream) with her hubby and son.

Alison is an Acupuncturist with a passion for treating the patient holistically.

Integrating mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing to weave together a comprehensive treatment plan to address mind, body and soul.

She is currently enrolled in a Comprehensive Sports Medicine Acupuncture training program based out of San Diego.

Using alot of Motor Point Release in her treatments to address fascia tension imbalances in the body.

She is also a massage body worker so uses massage in the treatments to further release muscular tensions and to calm the nervous system.

Commonly addressing patients nervous system regulation, hormone balancing, digestive concerns, pre and postnatal care etc.

Alison is at LivWell Friday & Saturdays.
