New Massage Services Now Available
We’re excited to share that Elliot, our new Registered Massage Therapist. His approach blends mobility-focused assessment with targeted hands-on treatment, and his late afternoon and evening appointments are already booking quickly.
We’ve also added Recovery Massage (non-RMT) with Tiphaine. This is a great option for anyone looking for restorative bodywork, movement-focused release, or general recovery support.
Evening spots are available and filling fast.

Join us for Thriving at Home & School: A Parent Talk on Pediatric Occupational Therapy
Tuesday, November 5 | 6:30 PM (Pacific Time) | Virtual via Zoom

The start of the school year often brings new routines, expectations, and challenges — and it’s normal for parents to feel unsure of how to best support their child’s growth and confidence.

This free virtual session, hosted by Cedar Rock Wellness and led by Occupational Therapist Beriah Chandoo, offers insight into how pediatric OT can make a real difference for children who may struggle with:
Focus and attention
Handwriting, coordination, or motor skills
Emotional regulation and transitions
Independence in daily routines at home and school

You’ll walk away with practical tools to help your child feel more capable and confident, plus a deeper understanding of how OT supports development, learning, and well-being.

This is an inviting, judgment-free space for parents to learn, ask questions, and connect.
