🚨 I’ve decided to open up my calendar for the next 2 weeks for a handful of “health and fitness audits” for people in my audience who want to tweak or overhaul their fitness 💪🏻
These will be 100% free for you, but because of that, I’m capping spots at 3–4 people MAX.
In this deep-dive health and fitness audit, we’ll be doing the following:
• A brief intake of your current exercise
• What’s going well and where your current biggest exercise and nutrition struggles lie
• What you’re looking to create with your physique — consistency? Fat loss? Muscle gain? Etc.
• Your exercise and diet history and food narratives (the psychology of food)
• Your current schedule, time demands, injuries, and equipment you have access to
• My initial recommendations for what to do moving forward
• And of course, anything else you’d like to share and work through
The calls will be around 30 minutes each and are valued at $320, but like I mentioned, I’m opening up my books for 3–4 people who are REALLY ready for change in the next year.
