Our live on Zoom Yoga Nidra is now on Mondays at 9pm NFT, I would love for you to join me.

→ What to expect in a live Yoga Nidra: you won't be asked to speak to share your video or audio, this is your space to enjoy the Nidra live as I guide you through it.

Sometimes, having it in your calendar help to set the time aside for it. 👌

Always with Yoga Nidra, you should find the most comfortable spot for yourself, which might be lying down with different props (blankets, or pillows, and an eye pillow can be lovely) or maybe you prefer to sit upright.

Our live Yoga Nidra's have shifted to Monday nights at 9pm, NFT!

What a beautiful start to your week a Nidra can be. 🌷

A Yoga Nidra provides a wonderful lead-in to a full night's rest. The guided meditation will have health benefits like calming your nervous system, releasing stress and letting go of tension in the body, calming the mind and centring yourself.

And the best part - you don't need to leave your house! Find your most comfortable resting position, with as many blankets, pillows or props as you want to surround yourself with.

If you haven't yet tried a Yoga Nidra - live or recorded - I think you will want to.
