We are so happy to be a part of the wonderful initiative, Sue’s Socks this year! Until June 27th we will be collecting the following items in clinic:

Socks, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, shave cream, individually wrapped snacks and any other personal care items! We will also have a container for financial donations to put towards a big bulk purchase after the 27th. If you would prefer to E-transfer send us a message and we will gladly give you instructions on how to do this!!

PLEASE READ:
Cancelation Policy Update:
As we move forward into living “life with COVID” we are seeing an increased number in last minute cancelations. This means that we are unable to fill a spot that could be filled by a patient on our waiting list. As a service-based industry this can be extremely saddening to see not only from a patient care perspective but also from a financial perspective for all our staff.
Of course, if you are sick please stay home and accommodations will be made but we ask that you give us as much time as possible to be able to fill your appointment spot with someone who is in need. This way we can keep our schedules full and everyone happy.
We have waived our cancelation policy for the last 2 years to help accommodate patients moving schedules and needs.

As of Monday April 4th we will be reinstating our 24-hour cancelation policy. Reminder emails two days in advance as well as a text 2 hours before your appointment will continue to be sent as a curtesy but it is your responsibility to make note of your appointment time. Again, exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances. If you cancel within 24 hours you are subject to a 50% charge of your appointment. For no show appointments you will be charged 100% of the fee for service.
The strain on businesses because of the pandemic is very real so we appreciate your understanding in this post.
