We remember those who gave their lives for the freedoms we hold dear, and we stand with the Veterans and families who carry their legacy forward.

🌺 Join us this Remembrance Day in honouring those who have served and those who continue to serve our country. We will be holding a morning ceremony followed by brunch.

Join us on November 11th at 1000hrs for our Annual Remembrance Day Service.
Casual dress, uniforms and medals are all welcome.

This event is open to the public.
We look forward to seeing you there as we remember and honour those who served.

Our office will be closed at 1200hrs.

The ten-week sessions focus on providing psychotherapy rooted in lived service and medical expertise to strengthen the minds and lives of Canada’s active and retired CAF members and RCMP.

Whether you’re navigating transition, dealing with trauma, or simply looking to connect, we’re here to walk that path with you. Where military experience meets clinical expertise to deliver care that understands and supports our veterans and service members.

Strong minds. Strong lives. Strong bonds.

🟩 Fortify the Mind – Women’s Group
Two group session times available.
• Fridays at 1330hrs, starting November 7th
or
• Fridays at 1900hrs, starting November 7th

Duration: 10 weeks, 60–90 minute sessions

Community: Participants join a private Facebook group during their cohort and receive follow-up afterwards

REDOUBT is a community of CAF veterans helping veterans through coaching, peer support, and psychotherapy. Built by those who’ve served, for those who’ve served, REDOUBT offers a space for growth, healing, and purpose. Whether you’re navigating transition, dealing with trauma, or simply looking to connect, REDOUBT is there to walk that path with you—veteran to veteran.
