🌊🏆 EcoAxis Wins Innovation Excellence Award at NAIA 2025! 🏆🌊

We are beyond proud to share that EcoAxis Inc. has been recognized with the Innovation Excellence Award at the NAIA Conference 2025. This honor reflects not only our commitment to innovation, but the incredible dedication of our team who made this achievement possible. 💡💚

Our Aquaculture Waste Diversion Initiative—the project at the heart of this award—has been part of our DNA since day one. From the very first year we incorporated, we set out to tackle one of the industry’s toughest environmental challenges: finding sustainable solutions for aquaculture waste. What started as a bold idea has taken years of effort, collaboration, and perseverance to bring to life.

Today, that vision is a reality—proof that businesses can make a positive environmental impact while driving meaningful industry change. And this is just the beginning. 🚀 In the coming years, we’re committed to expanding this initiative with new technologies, scaling up processing capacity, and diverting even more materials away from landfills and oceans.

We couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead—for our team, for the aquaculture sector, and for the communities we serve. Together, we are proving that innovation and sustainability can walk hand in hand. 🌱✨

🎬 **Newfoundland’s film industry is on the rise — and we’re proud to be part of the action.**

Over the past few years, **EcoAxis** has had the privilege of supporting a wide range of productions across the province, in association with global leaders like **Disney, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, National Geographic**, and more.

We’ve carved out a unique role in this fast-moving, always-evolving industry — and we love the challenge. It’s exciting to see this momentum grow in real time, and even more rewarding to contribute to something that’s bringing opportunity, visibility, and investment to Newfoundland and Labrador.

Here’s to more stories being told on our shores. 🎥🌊

From sea creature thrillers to Shakespearean fog and fairy tale cliffs, Newfoundland and Labrador is becoming Hollywood’s next great north-of-the-border backlot.

EcoAxis Powers Remote Transmission Access in Newfoundland & Labrador ⚡🌲

EcoAxis is proud to launch a new contract supporting transmission line work across remote sites in Newfoundland and Labrador.

From our newly established central NL site, we now have a large inventory of composite and timber access mats—backed by transport and installation expertise from our trusted partner, Springdale Forest Resources. 🚜📦

This means faster mobilization, safer ground access, and reliable support for crews wherever the job takes them.

And this is just the beginning… Stay tuned for what’s next as we expand our role as Atlantic Canada’s go-to access solution provider. 👀

1 Million Pounds Diverted. A Cleaner Ocean. A Stronger Future.

A truck loaded with recycled plastic, a shoreline free from waste — two very different images, but both tell the same story.

EcoAxis has officially processed 1,000,000 pounds of HDPE plastic from the aquaculture industry. Instead of ending up in our oceans or landfills, this material has been given a new life in the circular economy — transformed into durable industrial pipe that supports infrastructure and reduces waste.

This milestone is more than a number. Achieved in collaboration with local aquaculture companies across Newfoundland and Labrador, it represents a shared commitment to protecting our environment and building a sustainable future right here at home.

🚨 **Notice – Temporary Operations Halt** 🚨

As of yesterday, EcoAxis has paused all operations at our Recycling Site in Harbour Breton due to road closures caused by nearby forest fires.

This step is part of our commitment to **support the community** by helping preserve fuel resources during this challenging time. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience, and we will provide updates as soon as it is safe and practical to resume operations.

Stay safe, and thank you to all first responders and community members working tirelessly to protect our region. đź’š
