✨ Staff Spotlight: Shalyn Codner ✨
We are thrilled to highlight Shalyn Codner, one of our incredible Peer Support Workers!
Shalyn’s team recently shared how much they and their clients value her. Her mindfulness, empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills make a real difference every day. Recently, she delivered an engaging and informative presentation on “Learned Helplessness: A Nervous System Perspective” during a staff meeting, which was very well received!
Shalyn’s positive, patient, and compassionate approach shines in everything she does, and we are grateful for the meaningful impact she has on our clients and colleagues alike.
Thank you, Shalyn, for bringing your expertise, heart, and dedication to our community every day! 💙
