Yes, professionalism is important. BUT we’re also human. Feeling comfortable, understood, and safe with your therapist can make a huge difference in your care. Healing happens best when there’s trust, connection, and a sense that you’re truly being heard.
It’s okay to take the time to find the right fit, both in approach and in personality.
