🌿 After Four Years… Construction Is Beginning!

After four long years, we can finally say — construction is officially beginning on the ICEAVIK Nordic Wellness Spa! Our new home will be at the former Murray’s Pond Country Club in beautiful Portugal Cove.

A global pandemic was quicker than it took for us to get this spa going. Four properties, three cities, and three separate approval processes to finally bring this dream to life.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey — thank you. ❤️
To our friends and family — for cheering us on every step of the way.
To our followers — for standing by us through every disappointment, every update, every small win, and every big one. You helped make this possible.

We’ve been approved for financing since January, and were set to close in just TWO WEEKS. But this week, we received devastating news – the bank has pulled their approval. 😔

This has been an uphill battle from day one, but we believe in the vision, the community, and the people who’ve supported us throughout this journey. Now, more than ever, we need investors who believe in our dream as much as we do.
