Noticing your patterns isn’t the same as healing them.
Understanding your triggers isn’t the same as being gentle with yourself about them.

Meet the newest creative heart at The Calm Place…
Everyone say ‘hello’ to Allanna 💜

Allanna holds a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies (Art Therapy) and brings a warm, grounded, deeply collaborative presence to our team. She believes the most meaningful therapy begins in a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and truly supportive — and that’s exactly what she creates.

Her approach?
Gentle. Trauma-informed. Relational.

Creativity is offered as a resource — never a requirement. You don’t need to be “artsy.” You don’t need experience. You just need to show up as you are.

Through art-making and conversation, Allanna helps clients explore the things that often live beyond words — stress, relational patterns, chronic pain, life transitions — all at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. The focus isn’t on what you create. It’s on what you discover.

She is a Professional Member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and offers individual and group sessions for young adults and adults.
