NLCMLS Fall Symposium: Sneak Peek

We’re excited to announce Christine Nielsen, CEO of CSMLS / SCSLM will be presenting:

“Why Customer Service Expectations Are Different When You Are 25 or 85: Customer Service Across the Generations.”

In laboratory medicine, customer service is patient care. The way we communicate and deliver results builds trust, supports patient safety, and shapes the healthcare experience. For MLTs, “customers” aren’t just patients - they are physicians, nurses, colleagues, and families who rely on accurate, timely, and compassionate service.

Christine will take us on a humorous and insightful stroll through generational differences in customer service expectations and what that means for our profession today.
