Helping others live their best life has always been something Ally has been super passionate about which led to her decision to become a massage therapist. Ally graduated from the massage therapy program at Academy Canada, St. John’s campus in February 2020. Since then she has gained lots of experience treating different conditions of all ages. She is certified in both cupping and hot stone massage and likes to use a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue massage to help her clients achieve their specific goals. Whether you have a specific injury and looking for assistance on your road to recovery, dealing with aches/pains, or just looking to get away for an hour to relax she is more than happy to help!

In her spare time Ally enjoys spending time outside with her little boy and making memories with her family.

✨🚨EXCITING NEWS🚨✨
After being off on maternity leave since March 24th, 2023, I will be returning to work at Massage Addict St. John’s East starting October 7th. I’ve made the decision to only offer daytime appointments Monday-Friday to allow the evenings and weekends to be spent with my family, I hope you all understand. I look forward to seeing you all and treating you all once again.
