Overwhelmed by all the beautiful well wishes! Thank you all so much!
As of today, April 28, 2022, my practice at Nova Medical has officially closed and I am no longer available to provide care at this clinic. For those of you that have requested a paper copy of your chart, you will contacted when it is ready for pick up - be patient as this may take some time. If you would like a copy of your chart please email novamedicaldkp@gmail.com.
I would like to thank you all for the kindness in the last 90 days and the last 11 years. It will not be forgotten. Your support helps me face this new adventure with courage and with hope for the future.
I would also like to thank my colleagues and the staff (past and present) of Nova Medical - my second family - for helping shape the physician I am today. Thank you to my husband and 3 sons who have always been my biggest cheerleaders! Your love helps me be fearless, humble and ready for change!
Always remember every choice is chance and taking a chance might just be the start of something incredible.
