Bodhi is happy to introduce a new beautiful energy to the studio; Monique ✨

Yoga has been her steady companion through most of her life, especially through every stage of growth. 🌿

She is certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with Your Yoga Flow. She loves guiding classes that are creative, challenging, and empowering. Helping you to find balance, strength and softness in every session.

For Monique, yoga is more than what we do on the mat. It’s how we build a deeper relationship with ourselves, which leads to more meaningful connections with the world around us. 💫

She can’t wait to share space, breath, and movement with you. You will see her on the schedule starting November 7th, as she covers for Valerie for the month 🧘‍♀️💜
