Yoga is a practice rooted in mindfulness and movement & can be transformative at any time of day. However, practicing yoga in the early morning offers unique benefits tailored to your body’s own natural rhythms. For example: A Morning Yoga practice can Encourage Consistency! Often forming a habit more easily than an evening session. The quietness of early mornings provides a serene environment conducive to mindfulness and focus, starting your day with yoga ensures fewer distractions, making it easier to stick to a routine.

This class is designed to get your body moving so that you leave feeling awake, grounded & inspired for the day ahead!

There’s a rhythm to the Gut—an ebb and flow that mirrors both life and our practice. Quiet mornings where the harbour barely whispers. Evenings where the village pulses with motion.

Our Yoga on the Dock classes are rooted in that rhythm.

🌅 Early mornings are for stillness—when the world hasn’t fully woken, and you can hear your breath echo off the water.
🌇 Evenings are for movement—when Quidi Vidi is alive, and you’re reminded that balance isn’t found in silence alone, but in learning to stay grounded while life moves around you.

Just like on the mat, there’s a rise and fall. Inhale. Exhale. Effort and ease.

Tonight we gather at Topsail Beach for our annual Summer DJ Yoga Flow! 🥳🥳🥳

🚘 We have a shuttle from Topsail United Church to the beach to alleviate parking congestion.
⏰ Please arrive at the church parking lot by 7:15pm.
🧘‍♀️Yoga starts at 7:30pm and shuttle will return to church parking low after class.
🔥Due to fire ban there will be no non fire but we will still have sparklers for some great sunset photo ops!
🌊 For those brave enough join us for an ocean dip after the class. Bring extra warm layers to stay cozy.

Join us for our annual Summer DJ Yoga Flow on Topsail Beach under the radiant glow of the sun setting.

Let’s come together to move, breathe, and immerse ourselves in the rejuvenating ocean air and the tranquil beauty of nature.

Wednesday, June 25 (Rain date TBA)

THE YOGA - with and .flynn.yoga
This is a welcoming, upbeat, all levels class led by Laura-Beth Power and Danielle Flynn. This class will be uplifting, accessible and find the right balance between effort and ease. Move at your own pace and connect with a like-minded community. All levels are welcome.

THE MUSIC with .elevated.experience
The Elevated Experience (Lea Coultas) will be our DJ. Crafting the perfect soundscape to enhance our magical evening.

THE DIP (optional)
After class come prepared to join us for a refreshing dip in the ocean to cleanse, refresh and revitalize the mind, body and spirit.

OTHER THINGS TO MENTION
* .perez will be back to capture the spirit of the event.
** There will be a complimentary shuttle running from a nearby location from 7:00-7:30 pm and 8:45-9:15 pm. Parking location to be confirmed. Please do not park on the road leading into the beach as you will be subject to a parking ticket.
*** This class is all levels and beginners are welcome to join.
**** The registration is non-refundable.
