our nervous system has varied capacity at various times and it’s not normal to be this accessible all the damn time! So set those boundaries, resource yourself first and then show up present for who and when you choose to.
I know we can’t always run away from it all AND there are things you can to do to support your nervous system:
🌳 get out on nature, like actually touch it! 🦶on the grass, hug a tree, listen to the birds, be near water
🤫 disconnect from tech and people regularly
☀️ watching a sun rise and sun set
🫐 eat real nutritious food
